Spiritual Foundations Mentorship is a contained, low–mid touch mentorship experience for women who are deepening their intuition, nervous-system safety, and self-trust — and want guidance without pressure, urgency, or overexertion.

This container is designed for women who feel spiritually awake, emotionally aware, and ready to build a grounded relationship with their inner authority — without outsourcing their power or rushing their growth.

This is not therapy, crisis support, or constant access. It is a reflective mentorship relationship rooted in discernment, integration, and embodied wisdom.

What’s Included Each Month

One 60-minute 1:1 mentorship session (intuitive guidance + tarot/oracle reflection, theme-based)
Voice-note support (office-hours style; reflective, not on-demand)
A rotating monthly mentorship theme (intuition, nervous-system safety, boundaries, worthiness, integration, ancestral awareness)
Optional reflection invitations to support embodiment and integration
